Old Salem Museums & Gardens is proud to present Corn Husk Dolls & 1800's Crafts! In this program, guests will learn about 1800's crafts and creativity! Guests will join our Vierling House staff and see what kind of leisure activities were available to the wealthy residents of Salem! 

Enjoy learning the art of corn husk doll making alongside beginner book binding! Participants will get to make their very own customized corn husk doll and blank book! Kid-friendly techniques will accompany the more traditional methods to make this workshop equally exciting for visitors ages 8 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult!

Tickets include a demonstration of traditional 1800's crafts, their own doll, and book of their creation! Check-in for this program will be at the Single Brothers' Workshop, 10 W. Academy Street. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to allow time for check-in!
