Spend your morning with us stamping and painting using real fruits, vegetables, and grains! You may find our stamps and paintbrushes to be very different from what you're used to using, and we will explore the unique patterns that can be made with plant parts and washable paints.
No matter if you want to paint a cornucopia, your favorite dinosaur, a fall landscape, or just whimsy, we have the tools to bring to life unique pieces of art! You will be able to choose from different types of paper, shaped tools, and a myriad of colors.
This workshop takes place indoors (in the classroom) at the Garden Education Center, although you are welcome to stroll through the gardens on your own while you wait for your artwork to dry. The Cornucopia Stamping program is geared towards anyone ages 5+ with good grip and motor skills. No snacks are provided. Families are welcome and this is also a fun activity for adults!
This workshop is suited for ages 5+. Children under the age of 18 registered for this event must be accompanied by a registered adult.
