How to Redeem Your Ticket
- Your ticket will arrive in an email confirmation with a link to the barcode.
- Click the link in the confirmation email to view or print your barcoded eTicket.
- Present this eTicket or display on your smart phone or printed out.
- Redeem at the Old Salem Visitor Center: 900 Old Salem Rd., Winston-Salem, NC 27101, to receive your entry ticket and map, otherwise you cannot start the tour.
A typical visit lasts 2.5 to 3 hours. Old Salem's visitation hours are 10 AM to 4PM, and you may arrive and leave at any point during the day.
Tickets are only valid for one day, but if you cannot attend on September 6th Homeschool Day, you have the option to visit September 7th Homeschool Day or November 1st Homeschool Day.
- The largest parking lot is located at the Visitor Center on 900 Old Salem Rd.
- Street parking on Main Street available where marked - caution beware fire lanes and follow maximum amount of time in parking space listed.
- Gravel lot on Salt and West Street.
