Sounds of Salem: In Honor of Peter Oliver

Join Old Salem Museums & Gardens for the first concert in our America 250 Summer Concert Series—a four-part celebration of music and history.

In collaboration with the Moravian Music Foundation, Creative Corridors, Moravian Archives, and the Wachovia Historical Society, featuring soprano Daniele Olsen and organists Tim Olsen and Jonathan Williams performing on the same Tannenberg Organ that Peter Oliver pumped the bellows for more than 200 years ago.

This opening concert highlights the extraordinary legacy of our 226-year-old Tannenberg Organ, showcasing the power and beauty of this historic instrument.

We hope you’ll join us for a memorable afternoon celebrating the enduring impact of music as part of America 250 at Old Salem Museums & Gardens.

Time: 2:00

Place: Gray Auditorium, Old Salem Visitor Center

900 Old Salem Road
