Join Old Salem Museums & Gardens for the first concert in our America 250 Summer Concert Series—a four-part celebration of music and history.
Each program begins with an optional 20-minute pre-talk designed to enrich your listening experience, offering insight into the music you’re about to hear, its historical significance, and its connections to the Moravian musical tradition. The pre-talk is followed by a 45-minute concert and concludes with a light reception, providing an opportunity to meet and socialize with the performing musicians.
This opening concert highlights the extraordinary legacy of our 226-year-old Tannenberg Organ, housed in the air-conditioned Gray Auditorium at the Old Salem Visitor Center. Organist NAME will present a compelling program of MUSIC, showcasing the power and beauty of this historic instrument.
We hope you’ll join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. for a memorable afternoon celebrating the enduring impact of music as part of America 250 at Old Salem Museums & Gardens.
