How to Redeem Your Ticket
Your ticket will arrive in an email confirmation with a link to the barcode. Please click the link in the confirmation email to view or print your barcoded eTicket. Present this eTicket at any of these three locations in order to receive your official ticket and map.

2. Moravian Book & Gift: 614 S. Main St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101
3. The Frank L. Horton Museum Center: 924 S. Main St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101
Parking Locations
- The largest parking lot is located at the Visitor Center on 900 Old Salem Rd.
- Street parking on Main Street available where marked - caution beware fire lanes and follow maximum amount of time in parking space listed.
- Gravel lot on Salt and West Street.
THE HOLIDAY ALL-IN-ONE TICKET
The Old Salem Museum & Gardens Holiday All-In-One Visitor Ticket is valid for a visit from November 16th through December 31st, excluding the Salem Night Program on December 17th.

Salem Saturdays at Christmas
- Salem Saturdays at Christmas are on November 19th and 26th, and December 3rd, 10th, and 31st.
Please review our Open Venues and Hours of Operation prior to your visit. Old Salem Museums & Gardens buildings are mixed in with private residences, private businesses, and college district. These buildings are CLOSED to the public. The staff will give you a map directing you to the ticketed buildings.
Please note: Old Salem Museum & Gardens is CLOSED Sunday through Tuesday, and CLOSED in January
All tickets are non-refundable. Pricing and entitlements for admission passes and tickets are subject to change. Events are subject to change; some may be weather dependent. If you could not use your ticket in 2022 note that Tickets are valid from one year of purchase, if you are purchasing a holiday ticket, it is only valid during the holiday season.
